Check-in is after 4:00pm EST. Check-out is before 11:00am EST.

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of a one-night hotel stay. No-shows are charged a fee of a one-night hotel stay. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events, or conventions.

Smoking is permitted in designated hotel rooms. Although we make every effort to ensure that all requests for bed type and smoking preference are received, Belterra does not guarantee a specific bed type or smoking preference. Rooms will be assigned upon check-in based on availability. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking hotel room.

Upon check-in a $50 security deposit will be required with a major credit card or debit card. Credit card will have a pending authorization for up to 14 business days. Please note, use of a debit card will result in a $50 charge and will take up to 30 business days to be refunded. No cash or pre-paid cards accepted.

Personal checks are not accepted, and payment with company check must be pre-arranged prior to arrival. All major credit cards are accepted. Debit card users please note that funds will be deducted at the time of check-in and release of held funds may take up to 30 business days to return back to your account based on your bank’s policies.

All room rates are subject to a 12% Room Tax, subject to change.

You must be 21 years of age or older to rent a room. Valid State or Federal-issued identification is required upon check-in.
