Education Reimbursement

Why pay for school when Belterra will do it for you? Eligible employees can take advantage of our Education Reimbursement Program, which could pay for all or part of your tuition fees for pre-approved courses of study. Pinnacle Entertainment properties spend thousands of dollars every year to further the education of their employees. We understand how important higher education is, so send the bill to us.

Pinnacle Scholarship Fund

Our strong commitment to the well being of our employees extends to their families as well. The Pinnacle Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to qualified students attending four-year accredited colleges or universities. Scholarships range up to $4,000 and are awarded on a yearly basis. Specific criteria include a high school grade point average of 3.0 or higher and demonstrated financial need. Since the fund’s inception, Pinnacle Entertainment has awarded more than $300,000 to employee families.

Sharpening Your Skills

These Supervisory/Management Training (SMT) classes help shape our supervisors and managers into better leaders.
